Our website, app, planners, workbooks, lessons, tools, and calculators are for educational and personal organization purposes only. They are not legal, tax, investment, or individualized financial advice, and they don't create a professional-client relationship. Examples and calculators are illustrations, and results depend on your own situation. Laws, tax rules, limits, and policies change, so please confirm current rules with official sources or a qualified professional before making decisions.

Motivated by Numbers does not provide investment advisory services, legal services, or mental health services. We are not a credit repair organization and do not dispute items, contact creditors, or remove information from credit reports on anyone's behalf.

3. Professional services

Bookkeeping, tax preparation, and consulting services are provided only under a separate written engagement agreement. Information on this website doesn't establish a client relationship.

4. Your license to use our products

When you buy a planner or workbook, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to download, print, and use it for your own personal or household use (or your own business, for business workbooks). You may print as many copies as you need for yourself.

You may not share, resell, redistribute, post online, or use our products for commercial purposes, including teaching or coaching others, without our written permission. All content, designs, text, and branding remain the property of Motivated by Numbers.

5. Using the app

• You're responsible for the information you enter. In the current version, app information is stored on your own device.
• Don't enter sensitive information like full account numbers or Social Security numbers.
• Don't misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content or design.
• We may update, change, or discontinue features. Subscription terms are described in our Refund Policy.

6. Emergency resources

The SOS and Comeback tools link to independent organizations and starting points. We don't control those organizations, guarantee their availability or eligibility, or provide emergency services. In an emergency, call 911. In a crisis, call or text 988.

7. Third-party links and services

We may link to other websites and use third-party providers, such as our payment processor. We aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

8. Disclaimers

Our website, app, and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee any specific financial result, credit score, savings amount, or outcome.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Motivated by Numbers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on our educational content. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
